We'll also set up your personalized profile within our app where you will have access to all your  information, including plans and video guides.

Assessment and Goal Setting

We'll review your assessment forms and work together to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals, tailored specifically to you. 

Customized Meal Plan Creation

Our experts will analyze your dietary habits and preferences to craft a personalized meal plan designed to help you achieve your goals while meeting your unique dietary needs.

 Workout Plan Development

 Based on your fitness level and any limitations, we'll create a comprehensive workout plan with tailored exercises, sets, reps, and rest intervals to optimize your progress.

Zoom Check-Ins

We'll schedule regular bi-weekly Zoom or phone check-ins to track your progress, address any challenges you may face, and provide guidance.

Answering Client Questions

Got a question about your meal plan, workout, or general fitness inquiry? We're here for you! Expect prompt responses within our app. You will have a main coach that will work directly with you. But we work closely as a team so you will have access to our team's collective expertise whenever you need it.

 Progress Tracking and Adjustment

We'll closely monitor your progress through regular check-ins, progress photos, and feedback, adjusting your meal and workout plans as needed to ensure you keep moving towards your goals.

Educational Content & Habit stacking

 As part of our service, we offer additional educational materials like articles, videos, or resources to deepen your understanding of nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle factors. We will work on additional healthy habits you’d like to integrate and help hold you accountable.

Form Checks

 For our Winnipeg local clients. We will schedule monthly gym meet-ups with your coach. This can be your current local gym or home gym. We will use these sessions to go over the performance of an exercise, techniques, and any questions regarding form or performance.
